      What a misleading website!! I completed an auto loan request with this company and the system asks if you're a member in which I said no (I'm a member at a different credit union). It PROCEEDS to allow you to complete an auto loan application without EVER stating you have to open a savings account with the credit union to be able to get a loan with them (it is NOT like this at all credit unions by the way). So I completed an application, as the application allows you to, not requiring a member number (in which I was led to assume you didn't have to be a member to get a loan). I received the notification that an inquiry was placed on my credit from AAFCU, but than I get a call from a very unfriendly, and not very polite "Mark" who THEN tells me I would have to have a savings account to get a loan with them (that they also charge you to open by the way!). I asked why the system would ask if you're a member, allow you to respond "NO" yet STILL allow you to complete a loan application if you can't not be a member and get a loan, of course he didn't know. I (not Mark) than inquired okay, what's required to be a member. Either a family member has to have an account or you have to work for AA...well that's not much options at all! Extremely un-pleased!!! Fix your site to state this BOLDLY. What a waste of time and an inquiry!
