      I walked in off the street today needing a safe deposit box, having never been to American Bank before. Melissa Williams was so helpful and courteous and quickly got me started. She also made arrangements for my wife to come later in the day to sign and it was a pleasure working with her. Another bank in town had coldly told me they had "relationships" with their customers and, at the same time, made it clear they harbored no desire to have a "relationship" with me. Their message was a "Frosty" one. Thanks go to Melissa, who did great credit to American Bank today!
