  Tried buying a house from them that was in foreclosure and the gentleman that I was dealing with Mark apparently has it out for me and doesn't want to sell me the house wouldn't tell me what they want then wouldn't accept my offer, never counter-offered and then never called me back once they had possession of the house to show it to me so I can make another offer. Definitely can't say everything good about this Bank or mark h. I don't think Mark liked that I knew about what the previous owner owed and this bank is trying to make money not just move houses I thought that is what the real estate agent job was not a banks. I to welcome Mark's phone call as he has my number I have left multiple messages with no return phone calls the only time I can talk to him is if I repeatedly call until I catch him in the office I myself am too busy to play phone games he has my number

  I can tell you right now I have no regrets switching to American Bank. kind friendly ,helpful fast Services they go above and beyond. I feel like it's my HomeTown Bank . Jamie Downtown Area is so nice helpful Breanda at Beaver Dam location on spring St such a positive environment. The Walmart location is so convenient. I've been with them 3 years. American Bank just really cares about the people they bank for . Where you're treated like family❤️💙 and you can't beat that 😊🤗
