      I was working with a woman named Vicki, I believe she is the owner. I told her that my job would be laying off 450 people and that I would be one of them. Her exact response was and I quote, “You’re going to be in a world of trouble girl!” As if I caused the layoff or could do anything about it! How disrespectful and unprofessional. I trusted these people for many years and I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. And don’t really think that deserve even ONE star!

      Have not used them personally, but have had to contact them regarding work matters. I have always been very courteous when I call, simply looking for payment updates. I do not bother them, I only call every couple of months. Yet Vicky has hung up on me 3 times that I have logged, right when I call before I can even say why I am calling--I can only guess because she is avoiding a certain client's debt follow-up. I was also promised monthly payment from this company and 9 months have gone by without receiving one. I have spoken to her male co-worker who has not been willing to assist either. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere to a company who employs people that care about their follow-through to businesses they owe, try to solve client matters, and work with integrity.
