  Gerard is a really awesome person to work with and very knowledgeable of the financial aspect of the home buying process. I appreciated his direct communication style but he was also understanding of my needs throughout the process.

  As a first-time homebuyer, this home buying experience (especially surrounding the mortgage process) can be daunting and extremely stressful. However, from the first introduction to the final closing, Gerard and his team truly provided a white-glove service. He made sure I understood every.single.step of the process and was there to answer all of my questions (even the ones i thought were "dumb" lol). He is extremely responsive and honest so his advice and guidance was always timely and in MY best interest. If i could give 10 stars i would. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

  Gerard Dickson is an AWESOME Loan Officer! His attention to detail is great. He took the time to explain everything from A to Z in a very professional manner. He answered the phone after normal working hours which I found to be phenomenal!!! I felt like he did what was best for my family and I, and would recommend him every single time. If you are looking for a Loan Officer who not only know his job inside out every program but is also a wonderful human, then give him the opportunity to procure your business.
