  In one word : Exceptional ! Joshua Echemendia at American Family Lending is a FANTASTIC broker. He is not only super fast in closing transactions, but he is highly professional, great with detail and goes the extra mile to get the job done. I had never worked with him and his company and met him through a recommendation from a Redfin agent ( Alan Frace), who was also amazing and someone I can highly recommend. My expectation for this transaction was way exceeded. Josh got me a preapproval within three hours of me sourcing a home for purchase and he got the entire loan done within two weeks. Remarkable. Highly recommend!

  We are very grateful to Robert Dino Cordova, from American Family Lending, for making our dream come true! Dino helped us with two mortgages. Before we met him, our first loan application with another lender was rejected. Luckily, our realtor recommended Dino Cordova who went above and beyond our expectations. We didn’t want to miss this opportunity and needed a loan quick to purchase a condo we were interested in. Dino made it happen. The loan process was fast and easy and we closed very quickly. During the loan process, he took his time explaining thoroughly and answered all of our questions with patience and most importantly, the communication was excellent. After this positive experience, we contacted Dino again a few months later this time for a loan refinancing. Dino was friendly and motivated. He immediately connected us with the experts in the field and we were able to qualify again. Dino knows what he is doing. He is very competent and knowledgeable.
