  Regarding a young man named Chris...(maybe his last name started with a C or G) I came to make deposit, line was super long and I was looking for a deposit slip. He saw me from the accounts area, he came from a desk... and I explained.... he took me to the ATM and walked me through my deposit. He took his time, very kind to this senior, professional and very helpful. After I was walking away, he turned to help another person in line, with showing them the ATM way. I see a great future with your bank, with this young man. He can think on his feet!

  I paid off an auto loan on the 13th of May so I could get the title before leaving island at the end of the month. I was assured I would have it in about 10 days. After we blew past the 10 day mark I was told they would have it at the Kapiolani branch for me to pick up by the end of the month. Well, the end of the month rolled around and wouldn't you know it!! No title. Now that I'm no longer on island, I told them to mail it to my new address. I wait two weeks for it to show up. (being very patient)....still no title. When I last spoke to them they said that they had located the title and would be sending it to my new address. Here we are on June 29th, 50 DAYS after paying off my loan and 40 days after being told I would have it and still no title... Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

  Lines have been too long for months. They have more people asking for cash deposits in line than they do tellers.
