  Absolutely the WORST people I have ever worked with. I was stupidly talked into a water system for our new home. I was told that I was making monthly payments on a loan that would be over in 7 years. I was unemployed at the time and didn't want it because of not being able to afford the payments, but my husband loved the idea of putting this in our brand new home and the payments spread out over 7 years was affordable. So we got the loan, got the system (which I admit we LOVE) and started making our payments. After about 2 years I looked at my loan and realized the balance was about the same as what it was initially. I was furious and started calling to find out what was going on. That is when I found out this was not a fixed loan after all, but a credit card with a very high interest rate that I was paying a minimum balance on. I fought with the company for months to try to figure out some sort of compromise, but they refused. I finally decided to go to a third party. The third party took automatic payments from my account and paid the company regularly. It seemed my balance was going down and I was happy with that so I let it be. A couple years later the third party sold my contract to another company. I didn't think anything of it and then out of curiosity I took a look at my bill which hadn't budged since this other company took over. I called in to find out what was happening and they said that my payments were getting there late. We canceled that service and being so tired of this debt and dealing with these people we took out a loan from my husband's 401K to pay it off. I got the money and called and requested that they wave my "late fees" that they gave me with my supposed late payments (which were automatically taken out at the same time as they always had been) if I paid the amount in full, and they flat out refused. In the end we owe more than 2/3 of the initial loan now, years later and by the time we pay it off are going to have paid about double what the initial loan was for. This company lied about what we were getting to get us to sign (shame on me) and then refused to do a single thing to help us out from day one. Don't trust them, don't work with them. Their excuse for not working with me now is that I went to a third party, but I went to that third party because they flat out refused to work with me before as well.

  This is the first time in at least 5 years that I have not been able to pay my bill online. It appears that the web site has been changed. All of the links, customer service, online bill pay, etc. are not working. I attempted to open the web site in Chrome, and then went to Internet Explorer. Neither one worked. The site states that Microsoft Silverlight is needed to open the links. This has not been the case for over 5 years. I have never had to download additional software with any other company in order to pay my bill. Definitely not improvement!
