      Ok , Jonathan Cheung, was our loan processor and client relations . He was the best. We have done several loans through him. He explains everything we need to know. Professional, kind, alert, personal, and attentive to our needs. In other words he was “frosty.” Our last refinance was difficult. The underwriters were requiring lost of information, we felt to be above and beyond what was necessary. Very frustrating. Johnathan being the consummate professional listened and asked appropriate questions. He said he would get back to us and settle our concerns. Well he not only did that, he settled all of our concerns and complaints, about the underwriters need for petty information, he fixed it all. Actually saving us $$$$ on the Loan process. This is no joke or exaggeration . We are happy to have him as our Loan processor and “CLIENT RELATIONS.“ If there were only more like him in the industry, the loan process would not be so Arduous. “American Ken” please retain and reward employees such as Jonathan Cheung.
