They don't value long term customers who have been with them for YEARS (8+). They wouldn't pardon fee's from an accidental stale dated check incident which turns out to be $25 per check (In my case worth more than the value of my check). Their website is terrible. The mobile check deposit didn't work ever until very recently. Phone tellers are rude as ever and since the pandemic began their customer service has declined at an increasingly faster rate. This bank used to be good now its just trying to get as much money out of its loyal customers as possible. It's a shame that they would rather lose a loyal customer of 8+ years rather than being forgiving of a first time (ACCIDENTAL) offense.

The teller desk at this location is closed, according to the grocery store staff it has been for quite a while. Two ATMs seem to be working, but there are no member services outside of that.
