      My experience with One Main Financial was one of the most interesting and rewarding experiences. I was not aware of all the ins and outs of applying for a loan. I learned alot but I got through it. Naomi was such a blessing, personable, funny, and her confidence level was outstanding. I love her. She helped me through every step which calmed my nerves.       I've used OneMain for loans and they are good at explaining everything about their lending. However my recent visit to pay of the loan at this branch was very unpleasant. The associate was more concerned as to why one of my other accounts was closed rather than helping me pay off my balance. I had received a check after selling some property and had a check made out to OneMain financial. Even after presenting evidence of my account, the account number and other details, I felt like I was doing something wrong -- when I just needed to pay off my account. Regardless the associate made the effort and helped, but ended the service with, "I can't help you any further."
