      Ryan Herbig was prompt and responsive and patiently explained answers to my MANY questions. We had a lot of issues with other parties throughout our contingency purchase and every time I reached out to Ryan in a panic he was available to help, or responded to emails/voicemail in a timely manner. Even after our loan was transferred and we weren't his customers anymore, Ryan was more than willing to help me. Greatly appreciated!

      American Liberty Mortgage dragged me and my family through the mudd and spit on us for their mistakes. We spent 3 months jumping through every financial hoop placed in front of us usually with in 24hrs. We were even required to insure our new home before being approved for purchase. Two days before closing after changing my address and fully packing my home, my realtor had to inform me our loan had dropped. My loan officer chose to convey this after the fact. Why? because our loan officer failed to turn in any of the changes we'd been asked to make for the underwriters in the last month (hoops). The communication was atrocious and the stress caused me severe medical problems, and my children were emotionally stunned. I sincerely recommend saving the time, stress and heart break by looking for a different lender. Id recommend this place to someone I sincerely wanted to hurt.
