      Theresa Austin is amazing to work with. She is prompt, knowledgeable and really came through for us. She was able to secure and close our loan and get us into our beautiful, new, beach home within 30 days. She made it easy and practically seamless. I have purchased several homes in the past.       We used American Mortgage when we bought our first home in 2011. We were paired up with agent Maureen Marullo. She really calmed our nerves, & as first time home buyers there were lots of nerves. But, she handled everything effectively & in a timely manner. We actually used A. M. and Maureen again on a refi and when buying our second home. We were very happy with our three experiences and highly recommend American Mortgage!
