  American National has been a great help to me in getting a PPP Loan. They worked very quickly and even on the weekends to help as many small businesses as possible. I received the PPP loans proceeds before some other banking relationships called on me. We are currently refinancing business debt with American National reducing my rate by 2.8%. Would highly recommend!!

  Ive found that what they say they are going to do and what they actually end up doing are two very different things. The latest issue I've had has cost me money since they withdrew a payment from an account I wasn't expecting, for three years it's been coming from the same account. I recently resigned some things which were allegedly formalities and now I find out the money is coming out of a different account, despite being told "nothing will change". Of course they blame me because taking responsibility isn't part of their mission statement, it's my fault for not reading closer. Would be nice to have someone's "word" matter but it doesn't at this bank. Put your money in a mattress its safer. Very dissatisfied. Thank you for nothing.

  Friendly staff, works well with small businesses and offers great features and functions on their website and mobile app! LOVE the ability to deposit our checks remotely. Saves me tons of time-a real convenience!
