  This is approximately my 10th transaction with Greg and his team in either a purchase or refinancing of my homes over the last 15+ years. I am very simple in my requirements for conducting important life events such as taking on a mortgage. I need clear and timely communication, an expert in their field of work, and someone I can trust is working in my best interests. Greg achieves a 5 star review in each of these categories. Yes, I know your friend has a friend who does mortgages. Everyone’s has one. I can assure you, they aren’t to this level of expertise. Thanks again, see you next time Mr, Abrams.

  With low rates, I knew I wanted to Refi, so shopped around quite a bit, spoke to many different lenders, and ended up going with American Pacific Mortgage. Very smooth, great rates, & went much quicker than I thought. Greg ABSOLUTELY went the EXTRA mile, had plenty of patience as I navigated thru all the docs. A+ service, knowledge and making sure his customer is more than satisfied! Just signed closing docs. 👍🎉🙏 TY Greg!

  Update: After a second experience working with Greg Abrams and American Pacific Mortgage (during a global pandemic no less), I can once again say that he is so efficient, professional, and organized. Everything went smoothly and I would once again give him my highest recommendation! Thank you! 2019: Greg Abrams is professional, communicative, and effective. I am so grateful to have worked with him when purchasing my first home! He took the time before pre-approval to sit down with me and clearly explain the entire financing process from beginning to closing, so that I would feel confident and ready before my offer was even accepted. That is exactly what happened. During the closing process, Greg was in constant communication with myself, my realtor, and the escrow officer. He was always prompt with documents and his estimates were completely accurate for closing costs. Thanks to his diligence, we actually closed early! I am so impressed by American Pacific Mortgage and Greg Abrams. Thanks again for a great experience!
