  Erika was so patient and understanding in our process to finance our loan and help us with our home-buy. Constant communication was held with us and we could not be happier. She is incredibly knowledgable and in the time frame we were working with on closing, also works incredibly fast. I would recommend Erika and APM to anyone.

  If I can give Andee and her team 10 STARS I would. Immaculate service and execution to secure what is now our home is to say the least! As a first time Home Buyer with my Hubby it could have gone sour real quick but it didn't. To the contrary Andee was there!! She never left us in the dark. She Answered all of our questions And boy did we have plenty. She narrowed down our best options and thoroughly explain each one. As a busy woman that she is. I'm immensely grateful we crossed paths with Andee and her team. She went above and beyond for us. And at times it felt personal for her to obtain and give us our DREAM HOME. The process was easy and smooth sailing! Would I recommend her?? Sheesh, I'd be pretty silly if I didn't. The BEST OF THE BEST in this industry HANDS DOWN. If you're reading this Andee.
