  This branch has such a high volume of traffic but the sense of urgency to help customers is so lacking. A line of over 40 people with one teller?? Waiting over an hour just to be seen? That is crazy to me.

  There costumer service is horrible. They always only have 1or 2 bank tellers when you come to this location and the line is always out the door. They only like to really cater to people who are Spanish.
