  I cannot go off enough about how amazing this team of humans is! I was nervous about a home purchase- I felt it was unattainable, scary, etc. but then I met Matt! What an absolute rad dude! He got my fears and made this whole home buying process easier than signing a lease to rent somewhere! Within a month of my offer I was signing closing papers. There were no surprises or hiccups. The only issue was with my homeowners insurance. When Matt found out about that, he reached out and got me the best price on my insurance too. I’m telling you- coolest dude ever! His entire team was fast, and I mean FAST! Better than that however, was just how nice they were during a crazy time for me! What can I say here…. They give help and kindness when you need it. Not something than can be said for most businesses in this field. Buying a home can make anyone nervous. Just go talk to Matt and see what I mean here. It’s just a team of chill people looking to help!!

  Words can not describe how very great full we are for Matt, Lacie, Tiffany and the rest of Matt's team! Starting off this first time home buying was completely ruff and rockey to say the lease, but matt and lacie where very dedicated and believe in the process hole heartedly. They picked us up off the ground where we were left with no question asked. They treat this process very seriously and go above and beyond for there clients. They are very dedicated. I highly recommend APM for first time home buyers and make sure you have matt as your loan offer.

  Customer service is extremely important to me. As a small business owner who provides service and as a consumer. MY team (I say this what much pride and gratefulness) Matt and Lacie have worked above and beyond to assist our family on this journey. Their communication has be clear, prompt, and respectful from Day 1. I can't say enough how great working with them has been. All in all, when making a major decision such as buying a home, you want to work with good hearted people. Thanks APM!
