      Website is terrible and they don’t take payments over the phone. Was told I could go into local branch which does not work when you are out of state.

      Had an awful experience with their mortgage team. Communication was poor throughout and they didn't return my phone calls which led to missing out on the rates we were looking for. I would not recommend them.
