      Absolutely amazing! Most friendly and helpful people I have met on the island. The perfect bank, and I feel like I made new friends too. Haha I just walked in, and Kaulana seamlessly helped me open an account. Thank you so much for your hospitality and knowledge. The branch manager also gave me some great advice on how to try to get my student loans forgiven. If you are looking for a new bank, look no further, this is the one 😊

      I walked in to deposit cash. There was no line. The young lady/ Personal Banker Kaloa (or whatever her name was) reprimanded me for not having filled out the form. I walked out. Being reprimanded as a customer is not okay. I’d rather put my cash elsewhere than put up with such a lousy attitude. I don't work here, so I don't know what forms I'm supposed to fill.

      Mortgage buyer beware. I have paid off my Home Equity Line of Credit and paid additional monies for the Release of mortgage in December 2019. As of today, February 10, 2020, I still have not received a file-marked, stamped copy. I also have another situation where it clearly reflecting why it is not a good idea to get a mortgage financing from American Savings Bank. I will no longer refer business to them.
