      Excellent location. Great service provided by the tellers, who are really professional, and provide great service to their customers who they treat individually and with respect. I can tell they're really trying hard, which differentiates them from other banks. 5/5 stars.

      Since the retirement of this branch’s longtime manager, this bank is like any typical “institution”. Lois’ presence was welcoming and so very efficient, even chipping in to help tellers when a line formed. As a result the employees gave off similar energy. Gone are the days when entering the front doors felt like a ohana. Presence of current manager is non-existent and the replacements of regulars (who have retired or moved to other branches) almost feels like they are hiding from customers. The tone of Attitude, morale and energy all start at the top and trickle down. Will give Kahala branch a try and see if it is any better. Sign of the times I suppose.
