      My mom got a call on her loan approval in a different bank but they said that American Savings bank contacted them that she owes $100 plus in American Savings bank they said they mail that she overdraft $5 but my mom never receive any mails from Asb. my mom already paid off everything and closed her account at asb before,then now 2022 they are asking again for $100 plus payment she went to American savings bank to clear her account but the secomd time around asking $100 plus again!!!! RIPPED OFF!!! when she ask when was that they said 2016!!!! almost 6 years!!!!! ASB WHY JUST NOW AGAIN???? the account was closed 2016!!!! mom paid it off then you’re asking payment again????

      The tellers are wonderful, always nice. My problem is that i had unauthorized payment taken out from my account this is the second time
