      I went there for the first time to deposit my money on my bank account and I noticed that all the staffs there are so friendly and very accomodating, they will greet you with a smile on their faces. And that is something that I really appreciate, Treating you better is highly appreciated and it makes me more VIP (Very Important Person) whenever I come there.       I often pay my rent at this bank (not by choice) but it dawned on me today that I often feel a sense of discrimination going on in this bank with each visit. Infact I literally watched a bank teller walk away from her counter seeing I was next in line and returns another woman walks in. Perhaps they don't like the way i look or dress, or maybe its because I do not have an account at this bank that I am treated poorly, but how do you expect anyone to consider it with the circumstances of terrible customer service.

      Not bad rates, however, apparently still stuck in 1989. Online banking is horrible, can’t even get a 10 day payoff on your loan, have to call for that, and when you do (50+ callers in front), not an exaggeration. Try to go in and get the payoff, they need a day to complete this task....TF? I worked at a credit union 20 years ago and we were able to provide this kind of information immediately back then...I don’t get it
