  This to commend the staff ( I should have ask his name) customer service is topnotch, of assisting me with my check. I had an experience with another bank not doing a transaction of depositing just cause my husband is not with me but I have him signed and I have his ID. It was even after office hours, whatever questions I have he answered it and he advice me to come to their branch, took my name so I will be assisted. This kind of customer service is rare now a days. I will come back again! Mahalo! Appreciate each one of you!

  This bank began with a collection of zombies. Few remain. Nothing against women, but they were screwing up my accounts repeatedly, incapable of the simplest tasks, constantly asking; "huh"?"sorry, say again"?, incapable of describing the status of simple accounts or transactions... I was convinced this bank had the collection of the (mentally) laziest, rudest, incompetents... but the hiring of several good men just barely kept me from closing my account. Still a few dim light bulbs and a vile female remain, but avoid them, and it's do-able. I was attracted to their long hours. But now that's closing in. Just missed going today a they no longer open till 7pm. It's now almost 6pm. Too late. Wouldn't be "Too Late" if they honored their original hours... ... Lastly, avoid any"Special Offers", Transfers,international anything,... Be as like, their own highway to HELL! A frightful nightmare that!!! Brrr! And don't boyhood complaining; what can you expect from Zombies?!? If you live nearby and shop Safeway, etc... And need the (still) slightly longer physical banking hours (although it's constantly being reduced)... "MAYBE". Otherwise stay clear of ZombieLand!!! I'd give 0.1 star. But no such option. It should also go from 0 to 10, not 1 to 5 which, really is only 4 options. It should also be segmented to personnel, actual service/labor, and result. I'm just doodling all this after a cool shower in the midst of a hot day.
