  I was referred to John Olbrich at American Security Mortgage about 4 years ago when I was a first-time homebuyer. They could not have been any more professional, helpful and completely reliable throughout the whole process! Fast-forward to early 2021, I was in the market to refinance that same loan and did not hesitate to reach out to John.   I was referred to John by a family member who has been using American Security Mortgage for their properties for years. I called John and explained our desire to refinance. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained all the details including the nuances of refinancing in December because of the holidays. American Security Mortgage had the lowest refinancing rates we could find. John explained how we needed to be prepared and on our "A" game in order to close escrow on time at the best rate. We were up for the challenge and decided to use American Security Mortgage. The process was actually really easy, apply online and scan your financial statements and information. Gita asked for a couple few additional items and processed the information and John provided updates. Both John and Gita answered their phones if we had questions or needed clarification. We signed with a notary about 3 weeks later and less than 30 days after we applied, escrow closed and our loan was funded. Super fast super easy and we never even had to leave our home! I recommend America Security Mortgage to a friend of mine who is in the process of using John now, I suspect they may close escrow before I'm finished writing this review. Use American Security Mortgage, call John, you won't be disappointed.
