I’ve been with ASCU for right at 20 years in Sierra Vista. I moved to Benson recently and was so pleased that there’s a ASCU in Benson. I’m getting used to the clerks. They’re nice, but not as helpful as the Sierra Vista bank people are. I had a issue with a withdrawal and went to benson branch to stop it. The woman who helped me handed the paperwork to me and said fill this out. I told her I was not familiar with it and needed help.She walked away with no comment. Finally she came back and said are you done? I said please look it over because I told you I wasn’t familiar with it. She grabbed it up as she walked away she said who helped you (in Sierra Vista? It kind of startled me because of her tone. So I didn’t answer quick enough. She said never mind we can find it. So then she came back my ask if I needed anything else? I told her no thank you. You have a good day. I also told her just think you don’t have that much longer to work and you can go home.Must have been a long day for you. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. I know we have to get to know each other. So I have to give them a chance. But remember customer service is a good thing. Hopefully things will get better.
