  Inaccurate information, incompetent service, a bad branch for a great bank. On a day when my time was limited, I was told that all branches can NOT add additional people to an existing bank account. After a drive to Hull, the bank where the account was opened, we learned that any branch could have performed this service with no issue despite not being the opening branch. That individual's false information and incompetence cost us an additional 35miles of travel plus service time resulting in being late for other appointments. We will go the extra distance to ensure that our finances are not in the hands of this location under any circumstance.

  Dont come here! Best luck going to there other great location, very disappointing about this location compared to the other ones.

  Don't know who the one lady is that works there but she's out to make life miserable anytime I or my fiance goees in there. My fiance forgot her ID so she wouldn't let her cash the check even though she had deposit slips and everything else and gives her trouble everytime she goes in. She's also done other stuff to me that all other locations never do. Stay away from hospers when that idiots working
