  Worst title company in the woodlands. Staff was super sweet but they make to many mistakes. Not professional at all. They don't keep you in the loop they just do whatever and don't have documents on time. Or mess up and try to make it seem like it's your fault. Let's just say I switched title companies.

  This review is strictly for my experience only...I would imagine that other people's experience would warrant 4/5 stars etc. Although the fact that I'm only the 2nd review left might tell you something about this place... Customer service from this location was a big disappointment. Many chances to own up to a few mistakes but it just didn't happen. Information being wrong on my closing disclosure the day before...my meeting time starting 30-45 minutes late...not getting my wire transfer because of wrong "account information" even though a check was given to them...Sold Friday around lunchtime and didn't get funds until Monday morning due to this...no biggie but please own up to your mistake...Saying they have tried to call me when no missed calls or messages. Be professional...go the extra mile...it's not that hard.
