  Terrie, Michelle and Jennifer all provide terrific customer service with every closing they conduct. I've been using them for my house buying business for three years and I highly recommend them to anyone in the process of a real estate transaction.

  Do not Choose this Title Agency for your Closing At the recommendation of our lender, we used American Title for our home purchase closing on April 29, 2022. This was a terrible mistake. The communication we normally expect from a closing agent did not happen. A problem discovered in the title search with the property lines was never brought to my attention until two days before closing. They had weeks to tell me about it, and it may have been able to be corrected before closing. But since they never told us, we closed with an exception. Izhar blamed Terrie and Terrie blamed Izhar. No matter who was responsible, we now have to pay an attorney to have the title problem corrected. A few days before closing, when I contacted American Title, Terrie was rude and treated me like an annoyance rather than a customer. They did not tell us about the necessity of a bank wire or certified check, so that had to be hastily arranged at the last minute. I have purchased 6 or 7 houses during my adult lifetime and this was the absolute worst closing agent I have ever used.

  Quick Service. On time appointment. All signed closed perfectly fine but somehow i did not not receive my closing check. It could have been lost in my mailbox. I tried calling in the office to resolve it but every time i call i’m told to call back but never calls back. Sent several emails no response yet. Only way is to go to the office but haven’t been able to due to the work in their office hours. Hoping for a resolution soon.
