To win in a competitive purchase environment, a lender that has a strong track record of performing quickly will help tremendously to get your offer accepted and close on time. Paul is the lender you want on your side. He is professional, intelligent, and adamantly dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. He goes the extra mile to make sure you have a great experience even after the close date. He went above and beyond on my home purchase. When you have inquiries, Paul is very responsive. It's a hallmark trait of his that highlights his exceptional customer wisdom. I have executed multiple real estate transactions and now know the difference in service quality. I am very happy that he was my lender and highly recommend him and American VA Loans.

  Paul and Scott suck as loan officers. They never knew what was up and what was down. Kept promising certain things by certain dates and could never come through on their word. Both are TERRIBLE at communicating specific details that are key. Will give you the run around and then blame it on someone else, when it's clearly their fault. Not professional, will talk over you. We had to call the CEO of the lending company to get things done. Amerisave is Fantastic!! 110% go with them for a VA loan, just don't use Paul or Scott as your loan officer, unless you want unnecessary stress and confusion.

  Brandon was my initial contact with this company. THANK GOD I decided to make one last call before doing a loan modification with my current lender. I had been in covid forbearance and was told by another lender that I was required to do a mortgage modification to get rid of the forbearance balance before I could do a streamline refinance and that any lender out there would require it. Brandon told me to immediately stop any further action with my modification because that would start my "seasoning" period all over and I couldn't refinance for 7 to 8 months if I modified my current loan. Once I got started it was very smooth and fast. Thanks again Brandon and Andrea!! A+++
