  Josh and his team (Chad and Kesha) were absolutely great! They were extremely responsive and answered all of our questions and helped to educate us on the refinance process. Most importantly they kept me on track with getting and organizing all of my documents ensuring that the process was smooth and quick. I felt completely at ease knowing that what was on the disclosures was exactly what we anticipated at the closing- no surprises! In addition, we got an absolutely amazing rate- so much so that the closing attorney was shocked and commented it was the lowest rate he had ever seen! I would highly recommend Josh and his team at AWM. If you are looking to refinance or purchase a home, you won't find a more professional and responsive team! Thank you so much!
