The bank manager at this location is very rude. Once I'm through paying my loans I will find another institution to bank with.

It is absurd how many times, this bank has mishandled my finances. After leaving this institution with joy, it is now a share branch to my home bank from home. The nightmare continues as it did 3 years ago. The staff absolutely kind, but I am not here to access that. This is my families hard earned money and it's constantly mishandled. Can you please elucidate why? And how ?
