      Started out promising. Very quick response via Email and phone. Yet once I turned in the documents they told me was required communication ceased to exist. For 4 weeks now I called. At first I got a hold of two people. One asked for info and said I’ll call you in 30 minutes. Nothing. The second, said I don’t know who your loan officer is give me your information and I’ll have them call you. Nothing. Was routed to different people and no one was ever near the phone so I left voicemails. Have yet to receive a call back. Emailed customer service. They were quick to respond when needing my documents but alas it’s day 3 and nothing. Very quick to get the stuff they wanted from me and hit my credit but have not received confirmation from the company as to wether I was even approved or denied. That’s literally all I wanted at this point.
