      I am a Remodeling Contractor, I Starting doing business with Bill and Amerifirst Home Mortgage a couple years ago. I have worked with several of their clients and all have been extremely happy with Bills Service and follow through. as a contractor working with banks and mortgage company's can be difficult, but With Amerifirst and as being a organized Company it has been a good system. The Whole team at Amerifirst Home Mortgage has been Great to Work with.

      To say the least, I was less than impressed. Our lender rarely (maybe 1 in 5 times) answered any phone calls from us unless my dad (his colleague) called him out on it. We closed a month ago and I had questions about my first payment. Long story short, the company sold our mortgage... no big deal! But he NEVER called back after four phone calls in almost two weeks. Communication is nonexistent. Do not recommend.

      Truly wish we could leave less than 1 Star! Bill Quigley is unresponsive and promises things he cannot deliver. I wish I would have read reviews of his company on Yelp before speaking to him. He tried to sabotage our home sale after he terminated him. His reputation is not a good one. Take a listen to his cheesy voicemail message ( which you will get often if you work with him as he does not answer calls or emails ). He has issues getting adjusted to work with him.
