  Terrible customer service, opened an account with them just to find out a month later they did the paperwork wrong. They called me to notified me of this and they would get the corrected paperwork ready. Never called me back and when I called them they said they would get back to me. Finally after 3 months of this they closed the account never notifying me they did this found out the day I went in to make a deposit.

  I'm starting to get a lot of what feels like "we don't want to help yous: We decided not to issue temporary checks - " a lot of people bank on line" (but those people aren't me or my wife). - the computer's down so you'll have sit and wait for a personal banker, and it will be a while. Really - I'm to d$%@@ busy for that and they don't want my business. I just walked out.
