  Two things are important to me when doing business with any kind of banking companies. Honestly and sense of urgency. Not only were both of these met and far exceeded, Brooke Crane at Amerfirst in Lebanon, OH went above and beyond to ensure the process was followed and completed start to finish. And, she ensured I received the lowest available rates. I closed on my home in two weeks start to finish! You will not regret choosing their services.

  Working with Steve at AmeriFirst makes for the best home-buying experience. I’m a repeat customer with Steve having used him to purchase my first home and again recently to purchase a home due to relocation for my job. He is a thorough communicator, setting expectations for hurdles that need jumped based on your unique situation. He helped me understand the home buying process first time around and fought hard to earn my business. The second time, he helped me understand how the lender handles cross country relocation and purchasing a home while between jobs. These can be extremely stressful times and Steve is who you want in your corner. He will always fight for you and be a man of his word.
