Kelly and her team simply described... "Highly professional, knowledgeable and responsive" ! Kelly and the team are awesome. They helped and patiently guided me through the entire process. They stayed available and in constant contact... they made me feel like I was their only client. They use technology to continuously update and expedite things which saved a lot of time. Kelly also provides her cell number so that she can be available at any given time... there is no 9 to 5 where this team is concerned. When I ran into a couple of issues (due to self-employment) they navigated me through each situation; provided options; and worked closely with me to resolve each issue quickly and effortlessly. The level of care, attention to detail, and professionalism demonstrated by Kelly and the rest of the team far surpassed my expectations. I can not express enough how much I appreciate Kelly, Mary and Kerry (The Team). I highly recommend Kelly Santos, with Amerifirst Home Mortgage, and her team. Thank you, again, Kelly, Kerry and Mary!
