  The team at this location is phenomenal Especially for small businesses. The team at this bank has been dealing with the rapidly growing area of trinity and Pasco county and is still able to make every visit personal.

  Customer service is not good at all not to mention I had to wait long time and the worst part of the story I was trying to cash a check for my mom and a woman on the front line was questioning my mom ID even though my mom had a valid ID. At the end of the day I went to another BOFA and she was able to cashed out the check. I would never never come back to this Bank of America location. Awful service, long time waiting and misinformation.

  Little guy walking around seemed to have good intentions when interacting with the customers on product support. Tall blonde teller lady was nice too
