  I was very worried at first but this company showed me that they meant what they said. All but one of my loans are on the forgiveness program at a lower payment and I'm very thankful. They were patient and understanding. I'm very happy to continue to work with them..

  All services were great until I stopped receiving communication, different answers from employees, the company having numerous IT issues including their financial department and phone and internet issues, "permanently closed" updated on Google.com and stated from the few employees I spoke to that "they would contact me with the appropriate information as soon as possible". I signed a contract in the beginning of the services and did not have access to the download or link to review (especially for my records to reference and what questions I may have). I emailed my original sales person a few times, attempted to call (phone service was down a few or the line rang busy). Time went by - no responses to my email to the only person I know of at Amerihelp. As I was starting to feel uncertain about this company like my money had just been stolen, I recieve emails from my loan provider of constant changes and if I approve them. I wasn't necessarily explained to regarding the steps of the process and as every person and their loan provider is different, these changes weren't in my contract. Like any customer would, I started asking questions and growing upset when I finally spoke to a Randy who stated he would listen to my phone recordings, assist where he can on my concerns and email me the documents I requested. After 2 months of sending a few emails, calling maybe 2-3 times, I received no response. At this point, I felt like my money had been stolen with minimal to no proper explanation to show for it. How come I couldnt get my contract that I signed?! Now I finally recieved it after emailing with a Tiffany who at first explained and answered my questions as I pointed a few things that I did not understand and how I was explained to incorrectly. Who just shot back in her email "maybe you're the one who needs to pay better attention to detail" - really? This is a company to help customers pay their loans? Loans are a BIG chunk of money and are very worrisome. This has been the worst customer service experience of all time.

  I’ve been trying to get ahold of the billing department for the last two months because an unauthorized payment was made. They still can’t get back to me. 100% just got scammed.
