It is NOT AmeriHome Mortgage, a National lender and servicer. **We don't service loans, take payments, collect or disperse escrows, etc. I can attest to this, as I am the Founder and CEO of 17 years. We are a family run business. No complaints with the State, the BBB, nor NMLS. Please do not confuse us with the others, plus we return calls promptly and appreciate each and every client as we realize referrals and repeat customers are priceless!

      This company just pay their Customer Representative to answer the phone. The two that I spoke with need some Customer Service skills. You don't put your customer on hold for 40 minutes then hang up on them (Christopher). The next call Judy hung up on me and wouldn't let me do the survey. Bernice E. Branch

      Horrible customer service. Every month I have issues to make a payment. Automatic service On the phone is bad, when I finally got a person to talk to, they hung up on me and never called back. Website has many issues and doesn’t allow me to pay. At the end of the day if I’m late I’m the one that has to pay the late fee. You guys need to fix and upgrade your phone and website services!!!!
