I just refinanced my house with Brandon Le who was my loan officer and Irene Zafra who was my loan processor with Amerihome. Between the both of them they made the process effortless for me. I have refinanced in the past but this was the fastest and easiest by far. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and knowledge and will not hesitate to call them for my future needs and highly recommend asking for Brandon and Irene. They are the worst mortgage company ever. I had CMG for years before these people took over and it all went down hill. They have a million different people when you call. None of them are on the same page. None of them get anything right. They try and contact you while you’re working. I’ve been working with them to get a loan modification and they’ve close my request twice now and for no reason. They always say insufficient documentation even though it’s all been sent. They are the worst. I call, I email, I try whatever and I still fail with them. Yet they always say they’re there to help and they haven’t helped one bit. I’ve been dealing with this for almost a year and have made no progress. All in all they suck….period!!!
