  Look no further! I scoured for the lowest possible rate through direct lenders and a few brokers. Rates were very competitive with all BUT Valerie the owner and Mikes interest rates were significantly lower than all the rest! They beat out everyone, no joke! Very experienced long standing family company who has great lender relations. You won’t find a more honest company and LOWER rate anywhere. They will work hard on tricky loans too. So happy I picked Community first mortgage! :)

  I'm not sure where to begin with the praise for Valerie, Alex, and their team at Community First. Valerie and Alex were wonderful when I purchased my first home in 2017 and my fiancé and I were ready to sell both of our homes last year and started the process in late November. At the time we were referred to another lender (Referral Lending in case you want to see this review too). We were deeply unhappy with that contact but this isn't about him. This is about how we desperately called Valerie and her team in January, with 19 days left before closing on both of our homes and still without a loan. Valerie fact gathered and worked her magic. She was honest, straightforward, and communicative. I can't say enough how much I value her and her whole team's diligence and constant communication during this time. We were so worried that we would end up in a situation where we chased our dream home and entered into a contingency purchase agreement, and would sell both of our homes and we would have to rent an apartment because we wouldn't get a loan in time. Valerie and her team stepped in and executed with experience and professionalism, positive attitude, and outstanding customer service and got us our home loan approved and funded THE DAY of closing. To stress the gravity of excellence and their fantastic work here is the timeline. In early January we were presented with outlandishly high rates and fees from a lender that was an absolute nightmare to work with (Referral Lending), then Valerie and Alex and team stepped in with their can-do attitude, happy and ready for the challenge. Our first home sale closed on January 14th. Our second home sale closed on January 25th. The purchase of our new home, contingent upon funds from both home sales closed on January 25th. Valerie and her stellar team got us approved and funded in 19 days!!! Not only did they manage to get us closing on our dream home, but they executed with thoroughness and rigor, and got us an incredible rate and a monthly payment that was half what the other lender tried to get us to sign up for. Valerie and her team care deeply about their clients and it shows clearly in their work. THANK YOU! I would never work with anyone else. We, and our whole family, are Community First clients for life. To add to this, Valerie doesn't forget about you after the deal is done. She will call you to see if she can save you money. She and her team are a gift and we wouldn't trust anyone else with helping secure our livelihood. PS: We miss the daily interaction with Valerie and Alex, now that we're settled in our dream home!   Val and Alex were incredible with helping refinance multiple properties! They were always there to answer a question, super quick with response times, got me very competitive rates, complete package these two. I’m recommending everybody I talk to who needs a loan to start with them!
