      The website says they do foreign currency exchange. I have a joint account with them. I went to exchange some foreign currency. 2 girls stated they did NO foreign currency exchange at this bank. Their website is false advertising for this transaction. Disappointed in the lack of help for this. I asked for any other branch that could do it. They said no.

      This bank branch has gone downhill since it's new branch manager has taken control. He won't return phone calls or emails on banking issues. Very disappointed.
