Tyndall by far is a people Credit Union. They are not out to get your money. Sure they want to make money but they are also there to help you, True statement. They have helped me many times. I love Tyndall Credit Union. There is no other place for me.

I was the third car in the drive through line. I've been in line for over 25 minutes and still waiting. This is a major problem to me, because I have to WAIT a minimum of 15 minutes EVERYTIME I try to make a deposit. There is NO SECURE NIGHT DROP BOX, so I either have to drive to Lynn Haven to use their night drop box or WAIT FOR EXTREME LENGTHS OF TIME IN LINE, WAISTING GAS THAT IS OVER $4.00 A GALLON AND TIME. The ATM will not process my checks, so that is not an option. THE WAIT TIME NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED AND SOLVED. I have been with TFCU for over 30 years and I avoid recommending this bank because of the wait times. The service continues to get slower. Maybe I should consider a change myself.
