  Recently in October, my debit card was compromised. I called the Morrow branch and ( John ) answered. I explained my situation and he quickly and efficiently handled the problem. I had a new card within seven days! This month I found that scammers used ( my old phone no.) And copied all of my bank information. I went in the Morrow branch and Landora handled everything.. closed out the old account and opened a new one, and made a new debit card ; just in the event the first new one that John had made was also compromised in less than twenty minutes! I want you America Morrow branch to personally recognize their quick response to handling my affairs when I was most vulnerable. And I wish all America bank employees a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and prosperous New Year! May God bless you all. P.S. Don't forget the true meaning of Christmas! Sincerely, Deborah Freeman

  Susan Langford Is very rude and disrespectful these people will steal your money , she accidentally handed me a stack of other peoples bank info with social security numbers addresses and all these peoples info then called my phone crying to bring them back , which I did. I contacted corporate and spoke to Lisa Jackson who thought it was a joke and didn’t help at all . These people need to be fired and Susan should lose her bankers license considering she doesn’t know how to handle peoples personal information. If you bank here that info could be yours I recommend you close your account . Susan is rude and Everytime I go to this bank she is arguing with customers .
