      This may be one of the very busiest B&A locations I have been in and no matter the time of day. However, despite some needs for process improvement, I have found every single representative to be so very nice and communicates with me in some manner. IMPORTANT if you are reading this....make an appointment on line if you need to meet with a representative; this was highly advised by their team due to their volume and something I was not aware of.

      The ATM on the side was working fine but the entire thing was missing when I came last time. The ATM in the drive though is really high unlike other locations I’ve went to. I could barely touch the screen. When I was able to deposit something, it jammed in the slot and I had to yank it out. 😔

      I wonder how a bank can have so much negative reviews and the management has not done anything to change the reputation of the bank. Reading through the reviews shows how inept the staff of the bank are in CRM. My experience at the bank today prompted me to wanna close my account with Bank of America.
