  Worst bank in Gainesville! My mother passed away and they refused to close her accounts after providing them a death certificate. They said due to policy, there is nothing they can do. Her checking account has zeroed out and now they are bleeding her money market account through insufficient funds and fees. I explained to them that my mother is DEAD and to please close the accounts... Sorry sir, there is nothing we can do due to policy! Stay far away from this bank. Just keep going down to Vystar where they never forget that it is your money! Ameris Bank Just bottom line No community!

  Terrible bank. Would never use them if I knew that they were gonna waste so much of my time. Stay away from this place if you have any common sense.
