      I have gone to this bank for many years, both as Fidelity and as Ameris. I like the staff and management, though miss some of the people that left during the merger. I think they have great customer service and are very friendly. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars was because they did not help me get my Payroll Protection Loan even though I was a long-time business customer. I felt like I was not big enough to count. Fortunately I found a loan through another financial organization. They should have done more for me including a referral.

      A lousy bank 30 years behind in technology. Shopping around for a new bank - which is long overdue since the Fidelity merger. Unless you want to reminisce about banking in the early 1980's, I suggest finding a more innovative bank.
