  Palatka Fl branch, Terre , was awesome discovered an issue that was not any fault of mine and kept on top of it and kept in touch with me until the issue was resolved. And everyone every time I went in there was very friendly and professional.

  I stopped in my local branch and Dawn couldn't even open a simple checking account. I mentioned my current bank, Synovus, was able to attach my nickname, Rocky, to my account. With zero thought or effort Dawn said she couldn't and that was that. No solution offered, no "Let's get you an account without your nickname on it and we can see later", nothing. I don't need a local account but I just wanted to support my community. Dawn apparently feels that isn't worth her time. I'll be keeping my Synovus account. They put effort into their customers. "... been in banking 20 years." Doesn't mean you're good at it, Dawn.

  Pleasant people, especially Terre. No long obnoxious automated menu to reach a human. Good policies, much better than Regions bank we left. This is the way banking should be.
