I have only been with this VyStar for about 6 months at the most and it is by far the worst bank I've ever experienced. Besides the fact that they seem overly pleased with giving you bad news, they really have no interest in keeping your money safe... which is the ENTIRE purpose of a bank. There will be fees taken out of your account they can't explain. Their online app was down for a little over a month, leaving me to drive over 30 minutes to ask simple questions because answering the phone for them takes at least an hour on average, and when you do get them on the phone, they will hang up on you when coming across any slight hiccup. I'd feel better leaving my money in a trash bag with a homeless man living under a bridge.

I have no banked with this bank for very long. Maybe a couple of months at the most and it is by far the worst bank I've ever dealt with. Besides the fact that they seem overly pleased with giving you bad news, they truly do NOT know how do handle your money. There will be fees taken out of your account they can't explain. And when you do get them on the phone, they will hang up on you when coming across any slight hiccup. I do NOT recommend.
